General Sales and Delivery Conditions

By trading on elastisense-shop.com you agree to the conditions described below, which we recommend that you read:

 

Purchase of products and payment

When purchasing products on elastisense-shop.com you have to provide the following information: company name, address, you own name and payment information. We accept payment by VISA, VISA Electron, VISA Dankort, MasterCard, and American Express. The payment will be debited to your account when the goods are dispatched. If you are a business or an institution, you have to fill in your VAT number. If you are a private customer 25% Danish VAT will be added during the payment transaction.

ElastiSense Sensor Technology encrypts all information with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Therefore, unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction. The card information is never transferred to elastisense-shop.com. All communication is encrypted and goes through Onpay, which is certified by Nets as a payment gateway. Further details about security are available at www.nets.eu.

 

Delivery

Stock items ordered before 12 AM on working days, will be shipped within 2 working days. Products not in stock will be shipped within 8-14 working days for orders below 200 items. Orders between 200 and 500 items, will be shipped within 4 weeks from the order date. Orders above 500 items will be delivered within 6-12 weeks, depending on order size and products. Unless otherwise stated ElastiSense Sensor Technology will ship the order by DHL or UPS. Use your tracking number to track your package on the DHL or UPS website. The package will be delivered to the company address you have stated as your delivery address. Since DHL/UPS couriers require a signature when delivering the goods, you or other staff will have to be present at the specified delivery address at the time of the delivery. Therefore, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

ElastiSense Sensor Technology is responsible for the insurance and care of the products up to the point of delivery. Once delivery has occurred the responsibility of the products is of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for delays by DHL/UPS.

 

Delivery expenses, duty and VAT

We use Incoterms 2020 DAP (Delivered At Place), and we charge a stand cargo rate of 75 EUR for deliveries up to 10 kg, 120 EUR for deliveries between 10 and 20 kg, and 200 EUR for deliveries between 20 and 50 kg. 

There is no duty or VAT according to the rules of free movement of goods for business and institution customers, but to make a professional purchase you must fill in: company name, VAT number and possibly EAN number. For all private customer Danish VAT will be included in the price.

 

Claims

ElastiSense Sensor Technology provides a 2 years warranty under the Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered during its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence, or tampering. Complaints about any deficiencies that should be noticed when using the product should be notified to ElastiSense Sensor Technology within reasonable time. The product can then be returned for repair or replacement if necessary.

Returning Goods should be sent to the address above. Please note that we do not receive packages sent by COD. Please state information about the purchase e.g. a copy of the order confirmation or a copy of correspondence.

 

Reimbursement

In case of agreed rebates, returned goods, or prepaid products canceled before shipment there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Repayment is usually by bank transfer and ElastiSense Sensor Technology therefore need information about registration and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and may be sent by e-mail or other traditional correspondence.

 

Returns

You have 14 days to return the goods, counting from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the product in the same condition and quantity as you received it. The product must not have been taken into use. Once the goods have been returned and approved, the full purchase price will be refunded to your account within days.
